  1. Mr. Newman was a fantastic, inspirational social studies teacher for very impressionable junior high grade students. He was very skillful in combining history with current events. I tried to incorporate some of his successful teaching examples in my own teaching career. May he rest in peace and his family be consoled by knowing how many young lives he influenced. May God hold all of you in his loving arms.
